Microplane Adjustable Slicer with Julienne Blade

The Microplane slicer features a straight edge blade which cuts from thick to thin with a selection of 3 settings with an easily adjustable knob. Perfect for cucumber, carrots, zucchini plus many more fruits and vegetables. Simply choose between a thickness of 0.8mm, 1.6mm or 3.2mm.

The slicer also comes with a julienne blade for cutting long and thin strips for salads, vegetable alternatives for noodles and garnishes.

The handle of the slicer has a soft touch which provides a firm grip alongside a rubber foot to keep it firmly in place when in use. The slicer comes complete with a clear coloured food holder so that food products can be sliced safely whilst protecting your fingers.
