INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
– Maintaining a constant angle of approximately 20 °, slide the knife in an arc, from the handle to the tip, along the entire sharpener
– In making these moves, avoid hitting the knife handle against the guard handle or the sharpening steel, because it could damage the edge
– Each side of the edge must be sharpened alternately in even strokes covering the entire edge
– Wash after using the knife sharpener
