INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Immerse the stone in water for 5 minutes and place it on a stable surface.
Step 1: Coarse, sharpening and eliminate irregularities of the knives.
– Slide the knife blade on the stone in both directions at an angle of 10-30 °
– Press lightly the edge starting from the tip.
– Repeat until it recovers the edge.
– Keep the stone wet during the sharpening process.
– Important: always keep the same angle.
Step 2: Fine grain, for fine sharpening and polishing.
– Repeat step 1 with a light pressure to get a smooth edge.
– Wash and dry the stone after sharpening.
– Wash the knife after sharpening.
– Recommended once a week.
